Louis Tomlinson - Just Hold On ft. Steve Aoki
I made video of Louis Tomlinson and Steve Aoki's song: Just Hold On.
"Just Hold On" is a song by American DJ Steve Aoki and English singer-songwriter Louis Tomlinson, released as the latter's debut single on December 10, 2016, by Ultra Music. It was written by Tomlinson, Aoki, Eric Rosse, Sasha Sloan and Sir Nolan and produced by Aoki, Sir Nolan and Jay Pryor Aoki and Tomlinson performed the song for the first time on the season finale of The X Factor (UK).
Background and release[edit]
"Just Hold On" is the first solo music project by Tomlinson after One Direction began their first official hiatus in December 2015.[2]
Tomlinson's debut performance of "Just Hold On" on The X Factor (UK) came just days after it was announced that his mother, Johannah Deakin, died after a battle with leukemia at the age of 43. Following the performance, judge Simon Cowell praised Tomlinson's ability to perform while mourning his mother: "What you've just done... the bravery... I respect you as an artist and I respect you as a person." The song was made available on the iTunes Store and streaming services on December 10, 2016.
Louis William Tomlinson (born Louis Troy Austin; 24 December 1991)[1] is an English singer-songwriter and actor. He is known as a member of the pop boy band One Direction. Tomlinson began his career as an actor, initially appearing in ITV drama Fat Friends as an extra. He also went on to appear in another ITV drama film If I Had You and the BBC drama Waterloo Road. In 2010, he became a founding member of One Direction after auditioning as a solo artist on The X Factor. Following the band's hiatus, Tomlinson released the single "Just Hold On" with Steve Aoki in December 2016.
Steven Hiroyuki "Steve" Aoki (born November 30, 1977) is an American electro house musician, record producer, and music executive.[2] In 2012, Pollstar designated Aoki as the highest grossing dance artist in North America from tours.[3][4] He has collaborated with producers and vocalists such as, Afrojack, LMFAO, Iggy Azalea, Lil Jon, Laidback Luke, and Louis Tomlinson,[5] and is known for his remixes of artists such as Kid Cudi.
Aoki has released several Billboard-charting studio albums as well, notably Wonderland, which was nominated for Grammy Award for Best Dance/Electronica Album in 2013. The first part of Aoki's two-part album, Neon Future I, was released on September 30, 2014, and reached No. 1 on Dance/Electronic Albums in the United States.[7] The second album, Neon Future II, features artists such as Snoop Lion and Rivers Cuomo, and in Belgium it reached No. 93 on the Ultratop 200 Albums chart.
